Yeah I had thought about that too, I heard muscle weighs more than fat so I thought maybe that was it. Clothes do fit better definitely. As far as the exercises go I havent tried speaking before but I would assume I couldn’t because I’m usually so out of breath. I wish I could make it through without taking breaks but I cannot. Usually when I rest I’m guzzling water trying to catch my breath or down on the floor. I think the first time I did pure cardio it brought me to tears. Diet wise I usually stay around 1500 to 1700 calories and 150 grams of carbs and 34 grams of fat per day I should be consuming 150 grams of protein per day but I usually don’t get that much. Breakfast I usually eat an egg or two or maybe oatmeal. Lunch is usually some kind of sandwich or a salad and greek yogurt. Dinner almost always has vegetables and is usually baked chicken or maybe a turkey burger with no bun. Saturday I usually go out so I have a few drinks and dinner but i don’t over eat. One thing with eating right that I have ran into is I feel like I’m running out of options.
The other thing that was also clear to me from the start was that I cannot do Insanity forever. You see, the workout is designed so that it gives you the Maximum results in two months. Doing so it wears your body down to a certain degree, an it wouldn’t be wise to continue with Insanity as your daily routine. Sure, a workout here and there is even advised, but you need something more permanent.

Humans are next. Hey Corado on Everyday Items 3800 – 3200 = 600 I’m trying insanity next week, but I’m a bit in doubt. I am 5 foot 7′ (176cm) and weigh about 211 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight since forever, and recently lost 17 pounds through hard dieting. I have a good background in gym and fitness and have raised my endurances and tested my limits through running and weight training .. My muscles are kind of strong (specifically arms and pecs) but are strongly hidden by layers of fat. I am mostly fat in the lower body which makes my body out of proportion as a male. I know I can take insanity and I have a saying (warriors don’t stop) whenever I feel I need to quit so I can “Dig Deeper” .. The question is will I see results? I can follow a healthy diet and my eating mostly consists of protein (Grilled Chicken) but through months of dieting I lost hope of being in shape again. I don’t want to be bulky, my muscles are kind of large so I wanna be fit and defined. That’s all. I have to tell you I’m just overweight not really fat and have lots of stamina and fitness just stubborn fat around waist, thighs, flutes and ofc belly. I also had a minor torn glute 4 years ago but doesn’t hurt anymore. Will I be seeing a dream body in 60 days?

    Since Rijuta generally does not reply yo the questions either in fb or twitter, i want to ask one question. I have ready her first book.Now i am reading second book. There is so much info in the book. Rujuta has exlained many concepts , rules to follow for the workout.. I wonder do the gym trainers really know about all what rujuta explained in the book. If gym trainer does is not clear enough on all these concepts , how can we be guided correctly ?? I don;t think we can get trainer like rujuta in our gyms .. What is your take on this ??

    Great review! Very accurate and unbiased. I did insanity like four times last year and was in incredible shape, but then things got really busy so I took a break and now I just restarted it. I’m ridiculously sore!! Btw, anyone know whether it makes a difference whether or not I do the videos in order..?
